Details of the Job/Internship
They are seeking a dedicated and experienced U.S. Personal Injury Specialist to join their team at Viable Outsource Solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling U.S. personal injury cases, with expertise in discovery processes and various cases (medical malpractice, dog bites, slip and fall incidents, and M.V.A).
- Shift Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM.
- Commute: Must be able to commute independently.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery requests.
- Discovery to opposing counsel.
- Manage discovery responses and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare discovery documents for opposing counsel.
- Handle various case types including but not limited to: Medical Malpractice, Dog Bites, Slip and Fall, Motor Vehicle Accidents
- Maintain accurate and organized case files.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an LPO setting, specializing in personal injury cases.
- Strong understanding of U.S. discovery procedures and legal documentation.
- Proven experience in handling personal injury case types including medical malpractice, dog bites, slip and fall, and motor vehicle accident claims.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
- Willingness to work the specified shift timing and commute independently.
