Gehi & Associates is hiring for the position of US Recruiter Intern with 1 year of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for a variety of positions.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with applicants.
- Assist in managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process in alignment with the firm’s hiring goals.
- Maintain organized candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Familiarity with immigration law and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Demonstrated interest in legal and immigration-related work is preferred.
Salary/Stipend
