ProCS Legal is inviting law students to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting trademark searches, filings, and tracking monthly updates.
• Drafting secretarial checklists, emails, and pitch decks.
• Assisting in valuation reports, peer benchmarking, and financial analysis.
• Customizing and managing contracts, policies, and website terms.
• Sharing short-form updates/videos on WhatsApp and assisting in light marketing.
• Managing calendars and scheduling 1:1 meetings with business clients.

Eligibility

• CS Executive/Professional-level students.
• Law students or recent law graduates interested in IPR & contract law.
• B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) students with strong research/reporting skills.
• Freshers eager to dive into legal, secretarial, valuation, and digital exposure—all in one role.
