2070 Health is hiring a Vice President – Legal with extensive experience in Indian corporate, commercial, and healthcare law to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate investment agreements, including SHA, SSA, and side letters.
- Provide legal counsel on Companies Act, healthcare regulations, labour laws, and data protection.
- Manage commercial contracts including joint ventures, service agreements, IP licensing, vendor, and employment contracts.
- Advise portfolio companies on compliance, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and legal strategy.
- Support business expansion including M&A, fundraising, partnerships, and franchise models.
- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation and specialised advisory.
- Oversee Board and General Meetings, ensuring accurate notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
- Maintain a central repository of legal agreements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B./LL.M.) from a recognised Indian university.
- Qualified Company Secretary preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, wellness, or tech-enabled services preferred.
- Prior work with startups, venture-backed companies, and venture capital firms.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
