Details of the Job/Internship

Platinx Exchange is hiring for the position of Vice President of Compliance to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations and evolving crypto-related compliance standards.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to address compliance-related issues.
• Lead the development and delivery of employee compliance training programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments in finance and the blockchain/crypto space.
• Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and manage communication/reporting as needed.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on compliance matters.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in Compliance Management and Regulatory Affairs, preferably within the finance or fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations; understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain compliance is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Advanced degrees/certifications preferred).
