Details of the Job/Internship
Max Transtech Limited is hiring for the position of Vigilance Officer to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Investigate complaints and conduct internal inquiries.
- Identify and address risks related to security and loss prevention.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Promote and uphold ethical practices across departments.
- Implement corrective actions and maintain detailed reports.
- Collaborate with departments to drive a culture of transparency and accountability.
Eligibility
- Proven experience in security, loss prevention, or compliance roles.
- Strong investigative and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preference given to retired personnel from military services.
