Role and Responsibilities

• Guide junior associates in drafting agreements.
• Review and ensure quality control of drafted contracts.
• Train and mentor junior associates on legal drafting and best practices.
• Develop and optimize internal drafting and review workflows.
• Conduct legal research on updates and industry trends.
• Collaborate with management to address complex client requirements.
• Provide regular reports on client projects and team performance.
