Contract Bazar is hiring for the position of Virtual Legal Counsel with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to various internal departments.
• Collaborate with in-house and outside counsels as needed.
• Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements.
• Implement proactive measures to mitigate legal risks and avoid conflicts.

Eligibility

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and qualified to practice law.
• Minimum of 3 years’ legal work experience.
• Admission to any United States State Bar.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
