Marctory is hiring for the position of Visa Counselor to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist clients with visa inquiries and provide accurate guidance on application procedures and documentation requirements.
- Manage end-to-end visa application processes in accordance with the latest immigration regulations.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all visa-related activities and client interactions.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities to ensure timely processing.
- Stay updated on changes in visa rules and immigration policies across multiple countries.
- Deliver high-quality service with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Handle multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in visa counseling or immigration-related services.
- Strong understanding of visa regulations and immigration procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with international immigration laws and practices.
- Multilingual proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, or a related discipline.
