Details of the Job/Internship
Lex Visas is hiring an Executive – Immigration (Outbound) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support corporate clients with outbound immigration compliance and consular services.
- Manage employment visa procedures, regulations, and requirements for major outbound destinations.
- Handle document legalization, including notary services, attestation, and apostilles.
- Coordinate with consulates and embassies to obtain visa updates and clarifications.
- Brief applicants on consular and visa application processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation for visa processes and travel requirements.
- Prepare and maintain periodic reports on immigration activities and trends.
- Verify and review visa application documents for completeness and compliance.
Eligibility
- Any graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in immigration, travel, or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to stay updated with country-specific immigration laws.
- Collaborative team player.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
- On-site role with occasional local travel within Pune.
