Details of the Job/Internship
Raizing Group is hiring for the position of Visa Expert with 1-3+ years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable visa options, requirements, and application procedures.
- Prepare, review, and submit visa applications with accuracy and completeness.
- Stay current with immigration laws, policy updates, and embassy/consulate guidelines.
- Schedule appointments and liaise with embassies, consulates, and government authorities.
- Conduct visa interview preparation and provide guidance for successful outcomes.
- Track application status and maintain proactive follow-ups with both clients and authorities.
- Maintain organized records of client documentation, communications, and case progress.
- Manage complex cases, including rejections, appeals, and urgent/emergency visa needs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3+ years of experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or travel documentation.
- Strong understanding of various visa categories (tourist, student, work, business, family, etc.).
- Familiarity with online visa portals and embassy procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
