Details of the Job/Internship

2070 Health is hiring a VP – Legal with extensive experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate investment agreements including SHA, SSA, and related documentation.
• Provide legal counsel on Companies Act, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, DPDP Act, labour laws, and healthcare regulations.
• Handle commercial contracts including JVs, IP licensing, vendor, employment, and lease agreements.
• Guide portfolio companies on legal strategy, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Support M&A, fundraising, partnerships, and franchise expansion.
• Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and advisory matters.
• Oversee legal governance frameworks and SEBI compliance.
• Supervise preparation of Board and General Meeting documents.
• Maintain legal documentation repository and ensure smooth stakeholder communication.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised Indian university.
• CS qualification (preferred).
• Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, or technology-enabled services.
• Experience advising startups, VC firms, and high-growth ventures.
• Strong contract negotiation, legal research, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with IP, digital health laws, and data protection norms.
