WheelsEye is hiring a WheelsEye - Manager - Compliance - CS/LLB with experience of 5-12 years to join their office in Gurugram
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Manager located in Gurugram. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting compliance audits, and providing guidance on compliance issues to internal teams.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance of all legal entities in Haryana.
- Conception and implementation of 'Compliance Management Tool' in Haryana.
- Following up and co-ordination with relevant Business and Functional stakeholders in India Gap analysis, MIS, Reporting to the Board and Senior Management in India.
- Dealing with various regulatory authorities, as required from time to time
- Regular updates to the regulatory compliance matrix to the Board and Senior Management in India.
- Conducting training and awareness Understanding and sensitivity towards the regulatory environment and statutory compliances.
- Self-motivator and capability to work with minimal supervision.
- Adapted to work in a Startup environment with processes/approval requirements.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Have a good understanding of Haryana compliance, statutory & regularity compliance.
- Industry: Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage.
- Employment: Type-Full-time.
Eligibility
- They are looking for a Compliance Controller based at the Gurgaon location.
- Experience required: 5 - 12 years.
- Qualification: CS / Law / Compliance Certifications.
