Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate – White Collar Litigation with 2–5 years of PQE to join its offices in Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle white collar crime matters including fraud and investigations.
• Assist in regulatory litigation and proceedings before authorities such as ED, CBI, and SEBI.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents and submissions.

Eligibility

• 2–5 years PQE in litigation or white collar matters.
• Experience in investigations and regulatory work preferred.
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• LL.B with Bar Council enrolment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
