Details of the Organization
The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade functions under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. It is responsible for formulation and implementation of promotional and developmental measures for growth of the industrial sector, keeping in view the national priorities and socio-economic objectives. While individual Administrative Ministries look after the production, distribution, development and planning aspects of specific industries allocated to them, DPIIT is responsible for the overall industrial policy. It is also responsible for facilitating & increasing the foreign direct investment (FDI) flows to the country.
Details of the Job/Internship
Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry invites applications for the position of Young professional (Grade 1) with 1 year of experience to join them at their office in New Delhi.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Economics or Law or Management or Engineering or Commerce or Chartered Accountant or ICWA or Company Secretary from a recognized University/Institution.
- Age Limit: Candidate should be below 32 years of age as on 01.07.2025.
- Experience: Minimum one year of work experience after obtaining the minimum essential qualification. However, candidates with Ph.D. qualification may be considered for engagement up to three years of experience.
Salary/Stipend
Rs. 70,000/- per month.
