Details of the Job/Internship
The Office of the Cooperative Ombudsman is hiring a Young Professional (Legal) with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal assistance to the Cooperative Ombudsman in daily operations.
- Handle matters specifically related to Multi-State Cooperative Societies.
- Draft legal documents and conduct research on relevant statutes and regulations.
- Assist in the administrative and legal processing of complaints or petitions filed with the Ombudsman.
Eligibility
- Age: Not more than 32 years.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience (extendable).
- Essential Education: LLB from any National Law University, National Law School, or recognized institution in India.
- Desirable: Postgraduate Degree in Law (LLM).
- Desirable: Prior experience in matters related to Multi-State Cooperative Societies.
