Future of India Foundation is an initiative focused on youth leadership, governance, and public problem-solving. It works on strengthening public institutions and improving access to opportunities for youth. The organization engages with districts to map and enhance youth opportunity infrastructure. It also provides training and exposure to governance and public systems.
Details of the Fellowship/Scholarship
- Part-time (district-level) fellowship for 6 months with a time commitment of 5–10 hours per week, covering 224 districts across UP, MP, Rajasthan, Bihar, and Haryana.
- Visit and document district institutions such as schools, ITIs, libraries, and employment offices.
- Map youth opportunity infrastructure using structured tools and conduct field interviews on education-to-work transitions and public awareness.
- Receive training in governance, public data, and fieldwork methods.
- Benefits include ₹25,000 stipend upon completion, training and certificate, Delhi visit with Parliament tour and MP meetings, job pathway for top performers, and exposure to public officials, media, and academics.
Eligibility
College students or graduates below 29 years of age who are interested in public systems and youth issues and are willing to travel within their district. Hindi is required and basic English is needed. Open to candidates from UP, MP, Rajasthan, Bihar, and Haryana.
