Muthoot Fincorp Ltd is hiring a Zonal Business Legal Manager with experience of 10+ years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Strategic Legal Counsel: Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to the zonal leadership team.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of state and cluster legal managers.
• Stay Informed: Stay informed of legal and regulatory changes impacting the business.

Eligibility

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Qualification: LLB degree.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the legal landscape in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Gujarat.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
