Details of the Job/Internship
ICICI Home Finance Company Limited is hiring a Zonal Legal Manager (Litigation & Central Legal) with experience of 10+ years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Decent drafting skills.
- Knowledge and experience in SARFAESI, DRT, IBC, and Section 138 matters.
- Arbitration and execution proceedings.
- Handling of criminal complaints.
- Court case and advocate management.
- Pan India litigation oversight.
- Cross-functional coordination.
- Handling customer escalations and fraud cases.
- Support in board notes and employee-related legal matters.
- Drafting and vetting of business agreements such as vendor contracts, NDAs, and MOUs.
- Legal risk assessment for new products and processes.
- Policy drafting and review in coordination with Compliance and Operations.
- Responding to regulatory and legal notices and audits.
- MIS reporting and preparation of legal dashboards for management.
Eligibility
Experience of 10+ years in legal, preferably in the financial sector.
