Details of the Job/Internship

Tata Motors Finance Limited is hiring for a Zonal Legal Head/ Manager in the Proactive Litigation department under Regions & Collections at their Bengaluru Office.

Role and Responsibilities

Legal Compliance Oversight: 

• Ensuring all collections activities across the zone comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This involves providing legal guidance and training to collections teams.

Litigation and Dispute Resolution Management:

• Handling legal disputes and litigation related to debt collection, including negotiating settlements, drafting legal documents, and representing the organization in legal proceedings.

Mitigation Strategies:

• Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate legal risks associated with collections activities. This includes assessing potential risks, monitoring regulatory changes, and advising on proactive measures to protect the organization's legal interests and reputation bottom of Form.

Education Qualification: 

LLB/LLM

Skills& Expertise:

• Effective Communication skills.
• Attitude to make a difference.
• Good mix of planner and executer.
• Team Person Product Knowledge.
• Mandatory Law Qualification and experience, law firm handling experience.
• Should have Computer knowledge (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
