Now, how do I get a job like this?
This is the bottomline for you, isn’t it?
Great – that is the perfect motivation to start with. Let’s go through 3 most important questions.
- How long can it take?
Give yourself 6 months at least, provided you will put in 2-4 hours per day every single day in the coming 6 months.
Most of you cannot concentrate on anything for more than 10 minutes, I am sorry but that will not work.
2 hours of solid disciplined work is mandatory every day to produce results on our methodology. I have never seen anyone fail provided they put in that work though.
I have seen some students get results within 1-3 months also, but that is not the rule.
Also those with previous skills, knowledge and experience get results faster.
Those who are slow to learn can take up to a year to produce results, provided they do not stop the process midway.
- What do I have to do?
It’s actually mind blowingly simple. There are 3 steps you have to take.
You need to have high demand and low supply skills. We will give you a list of such skills.
You have to learn and practice these skills in simulation exercises. The goal is to be able to do 10-20 tasks that arise in high frequency in your targeted job with some level of proficiency.
This already makes you hirable.
But you are not done.
The second step is to build a track record.
You want to do the work free of cost if required a few times for early stage startups or anyone else who will let you do it. This creates perspectives that you do not get from doing simulation exercises. You can also do it for a small payment from online platforms like Upwork, FIverr, People Per Hour etc. This is why we emphasise that our students do some freelance work – this creates the track record.
Also it gives you war stories to share during your future job interviews.
Do not shy away from freelance work even if your real goal is to land a job. You need track record, and doing pro bono, low bono or freelance work is a way to get a track record faster.
It also develops a confidence in you that only comes from doing real life legal work, and never comes from reading a book or attending a class.
Learning skills is fast, but building that track record you want to demonstrate to future employers or clients takes more time.
Next and final step is outreach.
Most of my students hate doing this, and sometimes we are able to help them out because we have our own institutional outreach.
Outreach means that you showcase your proof of work, proof of skill, track record and passion to people who care. These are your future clients and employers.
You can use social media for this, you can write blogs, you can meet people in person and network – there are many ways to do outreach.
But this is what separates the people who get incredible results from those who get average results. Stronger the outreach, backed by skills and track record, stronger results you will produce 6-12 months down the road.
If you give 2 hrs per day doing these 3 steps over next 6-12 months, you will be so far ahead of your competition, that landing the dream job will be a foregone conclusion.
- But this is very different from what I have heard so far! Are you sure this works?
We are sure this works because we have helped over 20,000 people succeed in their careers with this method, and we perfected it since 2018
It worked during the pandemic, it worked during the worst recession, it works even better when markets are bullish!
Our numbers are so good, most people find it hard to even believe!
What is the difference between LawSikho and the rest of the world?
Here is what you were told to do by conventional job seeker advice:
- Get good marks in college, do co-curricular activities
- Just keep applying for jobs, someone will eventually give you a chance
- If you are not getting a decent job, join a lawyer as a paralegal and learn the work first, eventually you will get paid
Look around and see: for how many people has this worked out? Is this working for you? Has this worked well for seniors and friends?
Are you feeling frustrated due to lack of results? Then you are ready for LawSikho.
Most of our students have tried this conventional approach first, and then came to us because they can’t afford this long drawn uncertain path.
Even if you take the path you have heard about all this time, you have to learn skills, you have to build a track record and then hope that someone gives you a chance. It is not systematic and the path will take much longer.
With us you get to speed up the entire process, and produce results with certainty.
Choice is yours.
Today in the bootcamp we will share the detailed roadmap our learners follow – week-by-week.
I want you to take that roadmap, and think. If I implement this, is there any way I will not end up with my dream job?
Is my problem that there are no jobs, or is it that I have not followed a roadmap like this which ensures that I belong to the top 1% of the profession by the sheer dint of hard work, strategy and effort?
I know that with the right material with you, you can arrive at the right answer very soon.
