Details of the Job/Internship

GLA Law Offices is hiring for the position of Senior Litigation Associate and IP Associate with experience of 4-5 years to join their Delhi office. 

Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB.
• PQE: 4-5 Years.
• The candidate should be well versed in drafting of suits, writs, appeals, revisions, complaints, and appearing before the Delhi High Court, district courts, and tribunals like consumer forums, NCDRC, etc.
• The candidate should be proficient inthe  English language.
• The candidate should have full knowledge of the procedure and work of the courts, tribunals, and consumer forums in Delhi and should be able to take up/ handle matters individually.
• The candidate should be excellent in drafting and arguing before the courts independently.

Salary/Stipend

As per experience and industry practice. Would be assessed during interview.
