Bihar 32nd Judicial Services Recruitment Examination is held on a yearly basis by Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) in order to fill vacancies for Civil Judge positions in the Bihar High Court. The Bihar Public Service Commission announced that there would be 155 seats available in the 32nd Bihar Judicial Services Examination.
Details of the Organisation
The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is a body created by the Constitution of India to select applicants for civil services in the Indian state of Bihar according to the merits of the applicants. The 66th BPSC exam, which was held in 2022, resulted in the selection of 685 candidates in total for the final merit list.

Mode of Examination

There are 5 Compulsory Subjects in Bihar Judiciary Syllabus for Mains of which Hindi & English are of qualifying nature.
There will be a choice of 5 optional papers in Bihar Judiciary Syllabus from which, candidates have to select three:

- Hindu Law and Mohammedan Law
- Transfer of Property Act, Principles of Equity, Law of Trusts and Specific Relief Act
- Law of Contract and Torts
- Commercial Law

Eligibility
As per the official notification, the eligibility is as follows:
- Hold an LLB degree from a recognized University in India.
- Enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act 1961 with membership in the state Bar Council.
- You must be a citizen of India.
- You must be of good character and have a clean record
Age Limit and Relaxation
As per the official notification, the minimum age should be 21 years, and the maximum age limit for the judge exam is 35.
